2. PC is a kind of amorphous engineering material, has a particularly good impact strength, thermal stability, gloss,antibacterial characteristics, flame retardant characteristics, pollution resistance. The gap impact strength of PC is veryhigh, and the shrinkage rate is very low, generally 0.1%-0.2%. PC has good mechanical properties, but poor flow characteristics, so the injection process of this material is more difficult.
3. Pure polycarbonate resin is a kind of amorphous, tasteless, odorless, non-toxic, transparent thermoplastic polymer, molecular weight is generally 20,000-70000 range, relative density 1.18-1.20, glass transition temperature 140-150ºC, melting range 220-230ºC.
4. PC has certain chemical corrosion resistance and excellent oil resistance.
